  • MASSIVE RECALL for Ford after Injuries Reported

    Ford Recall
Ford has now issued a 775,000 recall of its Explorer Sports Utility, due to a steering issue in North America. It seems the recalls are for models in the 2013 - 2017 range.

Ford said in a press release that "affected vehicles may experience a clunk noise, unusual handling, or a misaligned rear wheel."

These particular models may have problems with a fractured rear suspension toe link, "significantly diminishes steering control, increasing the risk of a crash."

As well as the explorers, Ford has issued recalls for about 35,000 2020-2021 F350 Super Duties, along with about 40000 Lincoln aviator vehicles(Battery Cable), due to “loss of motive power while driving or loss of transmission park function if the parking brake is not applied.”

No accidents have been reported from the super duty or Lincoln recalls.
